Between 1992-1997, the east and west locations for 54 U-Store were built under the ownership of longtime Wichita residents, Jim and Pat Ismert. Since their passing, ownership remains in the Ismert family, with top-notch management provided by our manager, Cindi.

In 2019, we replaced the gate operators and keypads at the entrances to both our locations. We strive to ensure the safety of your belongings and the convenience of your gated 24-hour access. This spring we will install security cameras and high performance outdoor lightbulbs throughout both properties for optimal security.
